Arthur announced a new reality update with mixed reality features

The New Realities update unlocks the first generation of mixed reality (MR) features in Arthur’s virtual offices. These features allow users to bring a physical desk and keyboard into virtual reality and access the global transit feature that Meta offers on its site Connect Conference 2022. The update from Arthur comes just two weeks after the company’s platform appeared during a Meta event, which highlighted how Arthur’s VR office solutions are making MR features available to users.

Arthur stated that he has been building a strong product, team, and understanding of what organizations need from a VR office solution and today delivers a portfolio of Fortune 500 companies and large organizations with a VR office solution focused on enabling the best remote productivity. Arthur’s clients include Societe Generale and the United Nations, who leverage the company’s VR solution to reimagine business to fit the changing world and employee needs. Arthur added that the New Realities update will unlock incremental change by opening up a whole new set of possibilities.

The upgraded experience will make three rooms built on three of Arthur’s most modern office environments available to every registered user for free. Major updates announced to the Arthur platform include:

  1. New facts: In addition to virtual reality, Arthur’s solution will include mixed reality settings;
  2. First generation MR features: Users can use their desks and keyboards at Arthur. Global Passing will also be available on supported devices;
  3. Quest Pro: Arthur’s virtual office app is now available on the newly launched Meta Quest Pro;
  4. Upgrade Consumer Experience: Arthur Consumer’s solution will provide three rooms, built in three different environments, free of charge to all registered users.

Arthur stated that his platform helps meet the needs of a wide range of global industries, including energy, pharmaceuticals, consulting, insurance and finance. The company also indicated that it continues to gain traction, with usage constantly increasing. In 2021 alone, enterprise users spent a total of more than 1.6 million minutes on Arthur.
